It includes mechanical systems and electronic systems from CaptiveAire Tank & Core, Ansul Piranha and pizza ovens, recirculating hoods. Most slides are pictures of current installations, and what to look for or expect in technicians

Food Trucks will cover: Basic NFPA 96 2024 code references and all slides of Inspection hazards, what to look for during inspections or permitting. Fire suppression systems, propane piping network, generators, exhaust fans and general hazards
